Should we burn some crosses now?
This is an absolutely appalling news story: British holidaymakers staged an unprecedented mutiny – refusing to allow their flight to take off until two men they feared were terrorists were forcibly removed. The extraordinary scenes happened after some of the 150 passengers on a Malaga-Manchester flight overheard two men of Asian appearance apparently talking Arabic. [...]

Lessons for Bush
Ok, so we’re all pretty pissed off about the fact that we can now no longer carry laptops and so on onto our flights. Our eminent Rainer has already covered that. And a lot of people seem to think that there was never any plot at all, that this was a bluff, a fake in [...]

Security measures at Heathrow just getting stricter
In addition to the security measures already taken, the Heathrow officials have also banned jackets, shirts, sweaters, overcoats, etc, but especially cardigans. The only exception to the rule is that if the person is not wearing anything under the shirt (such as a tank top, sleeveless t-shirt, etc) he may wear one layer of clothing. [...]

UK airports’ new “security” measures
I don’t know how many of you reads all of your mails, but I received and read an email today of the new “immediately effective” measures on UK airports. “Further to today’s national security alert at UK airports, the Department for Transport (DoT) has issued additional security measures. Now that might seem quite uninteresting (though probably galling for the Chinese), but have a look at [...]

Cork, wake up from your dormancy!
On my (day)trip to Dublin I saw many people raising the issue of US transporting troops and prisoners via Shannon airport. Some of the, I can’t call them demonstrators but perhaps issue raisers, had recruited people from around the world to bring out their point of view against a tyrannic abuse of power that US. [...]

In memoriam, Bruno the Bear
Bear originally Italian but the adopted by the germans and named by the Press as Bruno, was shot early today by “Bavarian hunters”. The bear had avoided the partly Finnish bear hunting party who had tried to trap and stun the bear for several weeks. Bruno, aka JJ1, was a part of a project which [...]

Mighty Bavarian overlords slayed the beast.
The people of Germany can finally sleep they nights in piece. The beast who harassed the mighty teutons is finally killed. Brave Bavarian hunters overcome the “beast from the east”, aka Bruno, who kept the country on it’s toes. The burden had overwitted the Northern Ugrs, so called “specialists” in bear hunt, who tried to [...]

How to become a knocknaheeny girl
This video has it in three easy steps. She should’ve used more makeup though, perhaps that’s the difference between a “chav” and a “knocknaheeness” edit – video removed and replaced with a link
